The founder of Nightingales Nursing Recruitment Agency Ltd, Thomas McNamara, graduated from the University of Glamorgan as a Qualified Nurse and subsequently went on to complete his certificate & diploma in Business Management. Our long established agency benefits from Thomas’ 17 years experience.

Nightingales Nursing Recruitment Agency Ltd aims to provide an exceptional level of service to all our clients and staff, we pride ourselves on being pro active and forward thinking. We are fully regulated by the CSSIW and are regularly inspected to ensure we are up to current standards, our most recent inspection (April 2010) supports this.

We have earned the coveted ISO 9001 certification, internationally recognised for quality management following an assessment by an independent body confirming we meet the high standards we set for ourselves. We take pride in the way we conduct our business and the services we offer our clients, we are pleased to state that we received particular praise in our inspection for “the investment in people and training” enabling us to provide an efficient service to our customers.

With growing concern about the environment we as a company have adopted a more environmentally conscious office structure which is more aware of its carbon footprint. We take great pride in having been awarded the ISO 14001 showing our staff and clients we aim to manage our environmental duties in a responsible manner.

Thomas McNamara is still very “hands on” and is a fundamental cornerstone in ensuring the level of service provided is at its very best.
